These Terms apply to all access and use of the 19971 platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all Terms below. Please read them in full.
Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 19971 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 19971 and the user.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. Use of the platform by minors or legally ineligible individuals is strictly prohibited. 19971 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Creation & Security
To create an account on 19971, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Opening an account using false, misleading, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited. Each user may operate one account only.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 19971 Support immediately. You remain solely responsible for all activity on your account until Support has been notified.
Payment, Transaction & Balance Policy
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
All transactions on the 19971 platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, or other approved mobile banking methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100, and a minimum threshold also applies to withdrawals.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. Requests that appear inconsistent with deposit history or betting activity may be subject to additional review and delays.
Fraudulent Transactions
Any account found to have initiated chargebacks, made false payment claims, or engaged in fraudulent transactions will be immediately suspended, and appropriate legal action may be taken. 19971 accepts no liability for losses arising from such conduct.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All users of the 19971 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Operating multiple accounts or creating an account under another person's identity.
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to fraudulently manipulate the betting system.
- Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to steal another user's information or cause harm to other users.
If any of the above prohibited activities are found to have occurred, 19971 reserves the right to permanently close the relevant account without prior notice, and all account balances may be forfeited.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
19971 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
An account may be temporarily suspended during a verification process, in cases of suspicious transactions, or at the user's own request.
An account may be permanently closed due to a serious breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal obligations. Whether any remaining balance will be refunded in such cases will be determined following a review.
Limitation of Liability & Platform Rights
The 19971 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. 19971 accepts no liability for any losses or disruptions caused by technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or third-party failures.
Betting outcomes are determined solely by the actual results of the relevant event. In the event of odds or results being incorrectly displayed due to a platform technical error, 19971 reserves the right to make corrections and settle bets accordingly.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Governing Law
All content on the 19971 platform — including logos, designs, software, content, and brand elements — is the exclusive property of 19971. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
The platform may include third-party services or links whose content and policies are not the responsibility of 19971. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
Terms Updates & Contact
19971 reserves the right to modify these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, notice will be posted on the platform or sent to your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
